Job Description
A leading offshore drilling company is seeking an experienced Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) to oversee all offshore operations on a drilling installation in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of offshore activities, personnel supervision, operational planning, regulatory compliance, emergency response coordination, and overall performance of the drilling unit.
This position is ideal for senior offshore professionals with extensive drilling rig management experience and strong leadership capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
Manage all offshore installation operations and personnel
Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements
Oversee drilling, maintenance, and marine activities
Lead safety management systems and emergency response procedures
Coordinate daily operational planning and reporting
Ensure efficient utilization of personnel and equipment
Promote HSE culture and operational excellence
Maintain communication with onshore management teams
Requirements
Relevant offshore management qualifications and certifications
Minimum 5 years of offshore drilling leadership experience
Previous experience as OIM or senior rig management position
Strong knowledge of drilling operations and offshore safety systems
Valid offshore medical certificate
Valid BOSIET/FOET and offshore survival training
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Fluent English proficiency
