We are currently seeking an experienced Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) for a permanent offshore position onboard the Borgland Dolphin drilling rig.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overall offshore installation management, operational safety, personnel coordination, drilling operations oversight, and compliance with HSE and company procedures.
Requirements:
Valid offshore certifications and licenses
Previous OIM experience on drilling rigs
Strong leadership and safety management skills
Excellent English communication skills
Offshore medical certificate required
