Qualifications:
- Minimum B.Sc. in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within civil engineering or other engineering leadership roles, preferably linked to projects
- Experience with one or more project delivery lines will be valued (Civil engineering, procurement processes and construction management, HSSEQ) as will previously experience with one of the service providers to E&P
- Experience with Norwegian rules, regulations and guidelines relevant for civil and civil construction
- Good industrial knowledge of the Norwegian onshore civil construction market
- Experience from oil and gas development projects
- Good technical & multidiscipline overview
- Good MS Office/writing skills
Fluent in English and Norwegian
