Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in operations, preferably in the oilfield industry.
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in SmartROS systems and related equipment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team of technicians.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Willingness to spend approximately 50% of the time off-site on rigs.
