We are seeking an experienced Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) to lead overall drilling operations. The OIM is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant offshore activities in line with international standards and company procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as OIM on offshore drilling installations
Relevant offshore management certifications and licenses
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
In-depth knowledge of drilling operations and HSE regulations
Experience working with multinational crews
Previous drilling rig experience is mandatory
