Education: Engineering or master’s degree in IT or Telecom or equivalent.
Professional experience: +10 years in IT & Telecom / Digital out of which 5 years on an industrial site, preferably Oil & Gas.
Technical competencies: High knowledge and skills in Digital technologies, Industrial Telecom & IT solutions (Software, systems)
Behavioural competencies: Ability to deliver on time and on budget, organization, autonomy, attention to details, proactiveness, multitasking ability, operating in a multinational environment, good listening and communication skills, ability to anticipate, team spirit and ability to see the big picture.
Knowledge of the upstream oil and gas industry and an understanding of its working practices relating to IST and
Knowledge of E&P or industrial activities with experiences in affiliates; Business or Operations background
Strong ability to influence, encourage & drive initiatives without having a recognized authority; Robust analysis and conceptualization skills to identify solutions to complex and multidiscipline problems; Curiosity for exploring various ranges of options offered by digital technologies;
Other competencies: fluent in English, French is a plus (collaboration with HQ)
