· 10+ years’ industry experience.
· Master's degree in Geology or Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or other related Engineering degrees.
· Proven record of accomplishment in reservoir development planning, development of unconventional reservoirs, technology development, and field pilot testing.
· Understanding of facilities, well design, and field operations.
· Understanding of oil and gas business processes and regulatory/land requirements
