Job Description & Responsibilities
Role may require a period of time working on front end construction planning prior to site mobilisation
10 years plus experience of major capital project working within EPC principle contractor execution teams
Participation in constructability review sessions as part of front end project planning
Extensive experience of working with Dutch civil contractors is an advantage
Input into contractor bid reviews and schedule assessments
Use experience and knowledge to provide technical and supervisory support, guidance and mentoring to existing management contractor construction team
Be primary contractor interface in the field and have an intimate understanding of civil/architectural construction works, technical issues, site labour, quality and schedule
Support, promote and champion positive safety culture and ensure all parties are reminded of expectations with regards to safety being number one priority.
Drive contractor quality compliance and performance whilst working with inspection teams
