Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on drilling operations.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
In-depth knowledge of drilling procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in drilling operations.
Fluent in English(spoken and written).
