SUITABLE APPLICANTS SHOULD IDEALLY HAVE:
Certificate of Competency or entitlement to obtain UK Class 1 (Master Mariner) Certificate of Equivalent Competency DP certificate
Previous, extensive experience as Barge Master/Head of Marine on a Drilling Unit
Exposure to various DP, station keeping and ballast operations.
Ability to make rational decisions in high pressure situations.
Experience in managing a Marine department and supervise personnel effectively.
