A leading offshore drilling contractor is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Electrician to join a Jack-Up Rig operating in UK waters.
The successful candidate will assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment onboard while ensuring safe and efficient rig operations.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with maintenance of electrical systems
Support troubleshooting and repair activities
Perform equipment inspections and testing
Maintain electrical documentation and records
Follow company HSE and electrical safety procedures
Support rig operational readiness
Requirements
United Kingdom Nationality
Previous offshore electrical experience preferred
Valid offshore certifications
Valid offshore medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong technical and safety awareness
