Team Recruitment (Aberdeen) Ltd is recruiting experienced Assistant Drillers for offshore drilling operations. The position involves supporting the Driller and drilling crew in the safe and efficient execution of drilling activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the Driller with daily drilling operations
Monitoring drilling equipment and operational parameters
Supporting and coordinating drilling-floor personnel as required
Conducting equipment checks and reporting defects
Ensuring compliance with HSE and operational procedures
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Driller in offshore drilling operations
Relevant drilling and offshore qualifications/certifications
Valid offshore safety training and medical certification as required
Good English communication skills
Strong technical and leadership skills
Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction, where applicable
