The Assistant Driller supports the Driller in daily drilling operations, assists in supervising rig floor crews, and ensures drilling activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Driller or equivalent role
Knowledge of drilling equipment, procedures, and well control practices
Relevant drilling and safety certifications
Ability to work under supervision and follow drilling programs
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good command of the English language
