Team Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Driller for an offshore drilling assignment in Holland.
The successful candidate will support the Driller with rig-floor operations, drilling equipment, crew coordination, and safe execution of drilling activities in accordance with company procedures and offshore HSE standards.
• Assist the Driller with daily drilling and rig-floor operations
• Operate and monitor drilling equipment as required
• Support pipe handling, tripping, and well operations
• Monitor equipment condition and report defects
• Assist with rig-floor crew coordination
• Follow permit-to-work, risk assessment, and HSE procedures
• Participate in toolbox talks, emergency drills, and safety meetings
Requirements:
• Proven experience in offshore drilling operations
• Previous Assistant Driller experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of drilling equipment and rig-floor operations
• Good understanding of drilling safety procedures
• Valid STCW certificates where applicable
• Valid offshore safety certificates relevant to the position
• Valid Passport and Medical Certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness
• Physically and medically fit for offshore work
• Available to join on 2 September 2026
