4-5 years experience as a Chief or Sole Engineer on yachts between 30m and 40m
Minimum AEC1 and AEC2 certifications
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, able to manage yacht operations efficiently
Hands-on experience managing all engineering aspects of a similar-sized vessel
Happy to help in other departments when needed if necessary
Looking for a motivated engineer ready to take on responsibilities and willing to commit long term.
