A prestigious Motor Yacht is recruiting an experienced Sole Engineer to take responsibility for the safe and reliable operation of all engineering systems onboard.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all engineering operations and machinery
• Maintain main engines, generators, and auxiliary systems
• Perform planned and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and technical defects
• Maintain engineering records, spare parts, and inventories
• Ensure compliance with yacht safety and environmental procedures
Requirements
• Valid Engineer Certificate of Competency appropriate to the yacht
• Proven Sole Engineer experience on Motor Yachts / Superyachts
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Strong mechanical and technical knowledge
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Previous luxury yacht experience preferred
