Requirements
Proven experience as Chief Engineer on private or luxury motor yachts
Valid STCW certification and relevant engineering licenses
Valid seafarer medical certificate
Strong technical knowledge of yacht systems
High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion
Good communication skills and leadership ability
