Must hold a y2 or Chief Engineer 3000KW certification.
Previous experience as a Sole Engineer on a similar-sized vessel is required.
Highly experienced 2nd Engineers from larger vessels may also be considered.
Willingness to assist in all areas of the yacht’s operations, beyond engineering tasks, as needed.
Strong technical skills, proactive approach, and ability to troubleshoot independently.
Ability to work well within a small team.
Flexibility and a positive attitude are crucial for assisting other departments when necessary.
Experience with Italian builds a plus
Warranty work experience beneficial
