Grand Circle Corporation is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Captain to join their international Passenger Vessel fleet. This is a career development role aimed at future captains. The successful candidate will work closely with the bridge team, gaining practical leadership experience in vessel command and navigation on worldwide itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist bridge officers with navigational and operational tasks
• Participate in bridge watchkeeping and voyage planning
• Learn emergency and safety protocols
• Complete assigned training programs
• Support onboard leadership team in daily operations

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Bachelor’s degree or cadetship in maritime navigation (preferred)
• Strong leadership potential and teamwork skills
