We are seeking an experienced and professional Captain to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide. The Captain will have overall responsibility for the safe navigation, operation, crew management, and general running of the yacht.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Overall command and safe navigation of the yacht
Managing and supervising the onboard crew
Ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company procedures
Overseeing safety, security, and emergency procedures
Coordinating yacht operations, maintenance, and voyage planning
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Valid Master/Captain Certificate of Competency
Proven experience as a Captain on Motor Yachts/Superyachts
Strong knowledge of yacht operations and maritime regulations
Excellent English communication skills
Strong leadership and crew-management skills
Valid passport and relevant yacht documentation
