The successful candidate will be responsible for navigation, safety management, crew leadership, regulatory compliance, and ensuring exceptional service standards for owners and guests onboard.
Requirements
Previous experience as Captain on Sailing or Motor Yachts
Valid Master CoC and STCW certification
Strong leadership and vessel management skills
Valid passport and medical certificate
Excellent English communication skills
Professional and guest-focused attitude
