A prestigious yacht management company is currently seeking an experienced Captain for deployment onboard a luxury Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall command of the yacht, safe navigation, crew management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences onboard.
Job Responsibilities
Manage all yacht operations and navigation activities
Ensure guest safety and onboard operational efficiency
Supervise crew performance and daily operations
Maintain compliance with maritime regulations and yacht procedures
Coordinate itineraries, port operations, and guest activities
Maintain high standards of professionalism and service onboard
Requirements
Previous Motor Yacht command experience required
Valid Master Certificate of Competency (CoC)
Valid STCW certification package
Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate preferred
Strong English communication and leadership skills
Excellent guest relations and organizational abilities
