500gt but would prefer 3000gt
2-3 years minimum in a command position on yachts over 35m
ISM experience
Strong leadership skills
Effective project management skills
Can communicate well with external / internal stakeholders
Superyacht experience
Not looking for extensive sea time
Can work well with diverse nationalities
Will rotate within Australia / NZ / Asia regions
Start: Early January 2025
Salary: $8500 US / month (salary is nonnegotiable) (Low use program)
Rotation: 2:2 with flights
