Requirements: Experience on around 40m - 3+ years.
STCW+ Refresher
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
Passport valid for minimum 1 year
B1/B2 visa
Good/Clean Safety record
Strong Mechanical/Engineering knowledge - to oversee projects, etc.
Hands on and leads a good team
Accounting/bookkeeping
Honest and reliable
Well spoken and well presented . Fit for duty
Experience cruising S. Florida and the Bahamas
