Requirements: Master 500+
STCW + refresher
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
Proven experience as a Delivery Captain, particularly with classic yachts of similar size.
Background in cold-weather, winter conditions navigation, especially in Northern European waters.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to integrate into an established crew without disrupting onboard dynamics.
Salary range: 300 EUR/Day
