Ensure safe navigation and operation of the vessel in compliance with maritime laws.
Supervise deck crew and coordinate with the technical and hotel departments.
Maintain voyage logs, reports, and safety documentation.
Oversee mooring, anchoring, and docking operations.
Requirements:
Valid Master’s license (STCW II/2).
Minimum 3 years experience as Captain or 2nd Captain on passenger vessels.
Fluent in English and German preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
