We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join a Motor Yacht. The Bosun will supervise deckhands and assist with deck operations, maintenance, mooring, anchoring, and water-sports or guest-related activities as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising deckhands and daily deck operations
Assisting with mooring and anchoring
Carrying out deck maintenance and cleaning
Preparing and maintaining deck equipment
Supporting safe yacht and guest operations
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Previous experience as Bosun or senior deck crew
Motor Yacht/Superyacht experience preferred
Good knowledge of deck operations and maintenance
Good English communication skills
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
