Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bosun to join a luxury Motor Yacht. The Bosun will supervise deck operations and deck crew while ensuring the yacht's exterior areas and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate deck crew.
Organize daily deck operations and maintenance.
Assist with mooring, anchoring and tender operations.
Maintain deck equipment, toys and exterior areas.
Assist with painting, polishing and general maintenance.
Support guest activities and water sports operations as required.
Ensure compliance with onboard safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous Bosun experience on Motor Yachts or luxury yachts.
Strong knowledge of deck operations and maintenance.
Relevant STCW certificates.
Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate.
Good command of English.
Leadership and crew-management skills.
Professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
