A private/charter Motor Yacht is recruiting an experienced Bosun to supervise deck operations and maintain the yacht's exterior areas and deck equipment to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise deckhands and daily deck activities
• Carry out deck maintenance, cleaning, and preservation
• Assist with mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
• Maintain deck equipment and safety gear
• Support guest water-sports and outdoor activities
• Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
Requirements:
• Previous Bosun experience on Motor Yachts / Superyachts preferred
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman's Book where applicable
• Strong practical deck skills
• Good English communication skills
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness
