A luxury Sailing / Motor Yacht is seeking experienced Bosuns to oversee deck maintenance and support daily yacht operations.
The successful candidate will supervise deck crew, coordinate maintenance activities, and assist with mooring, anchoring, and tender operations.
Requirements
Previous Bosun experience on yachts preferred
Valid STCW certification
Strong deck maintenance and seamanship skills
Valid passport and medical certificate
Leadership and teamwork abilities
Good English communication skills
