Job Description
The Bosun supervises deck ratings, ensures proper maintenance of deck equipment, and supports cargo and mooring operations. The role ensures safe and efficient deck operations in line with company and flag-state procedures.
Requirements
Valid Bosun certificate or equivalent qualification
Previous Ro-Ro or Ro-Pax experience preferred
Valid medical certificate
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Good knowledge of deck safety and maintenance procedures
