Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join an exciting new-build project for a +100m Private Motor Yacht (MY).
The yacht is currently under construction in the shipyard, with launch scheduled in 12–18 months.
This role is ideal for a seasoned Bosun with strong new-build and refit experience, as well as in-depth knowledge of deck construction, outfitting, fire locker, and safety locker design.
During the shipyard phase, you will support the outfitting process, working closely with the project management team and the owners’ representatives to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Oversee deck construction and outfitting during the shipyard phase
• Support the design and implementation of fire and safety lockers
• Ensure adherence to high safety and quality standards throughout the build
• Supervise and guide deck team once operational
• Collaborate with project management and owners’ representatives
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certification
• Medical fitness certificate
• Extensive Bosun experience, ideally with new-build and refit projects
• Strong technical understanding of deck systems and outfitting
• Availability to join the project ASAP

• Salary: €6,500 per month

• Leave/Rotation: 60 days annual leave during shipyard phase, transitioning to 2:2 rotation after launch
