We are currently seeking an experienced Bosun to join a Private Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
The selected candidate will supervise deck operations, maintenance activities, tender handling, deck crew coordination, and ensure the yacht’s exterior is maintained to luxury standards.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates with strong leadership and deck maintenance experience onboard yachts.

Requirements
Valid STCW certification
Previous Bosun or senior deck crew experience on yachts preferred
Strong leadership and deck maintenance skills
Tender handling experience preferred
Good English communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
