Qualifications: Yachtmaster, STCW & Seafarers medical
90 days leave annually accrued at 7.5 days per month.
Requirements:
- Working towards your OOW
- Longevity as a deckhand onboard superyacht
- Naturally, a good leader and mentor
- Act as a watch leader on passages
- Good deck skills and knowledge of products
- An interest in Engineering would be a bonus.
- Excellent references.
