VMBO / MBO training sailor;
In possession of the required STCW certificates for Ropax ships or willing to obtain them at short notice;
A motivated, flexible and enterprising attitude, hands-on mentality, problem-solving ability and you are able to work both in a team and independently;
Experience in shipping and management

An excellent command of the Dutch and English language both orally and in writing;
A good awareness of safety and regulations.
An employment contract for 12 months with the prospect of permanent employment;
Excellent primary and secondary employment conditions;
Een all-in gage conform CAO Zeevarenden tussen Stena Line BV en Nautilus Int. between €4,156. 31 and €4,937. 56;
An excellent sailing and Holiday Schedule (1 Week on / 1 week off);
5 weeks of vacation in total (once 3 weeks and once 2 weeks of vacation per calendar year).
