We are seeking an experienced Bosun to supervise deck operations onboard a Motor Yacht. The successful candidate will manage deck crew activities, maintenance work, tender operations, and ensure the yacht is maintained to high standards.

Requirements:
Valid STCW certification
Previous Bosun or senior deck experience on yachts preferred
Strong seamanship and leadership abilities
Good maintenance and deck operation knowledge
Fluent English communication
Professional attitude and teamwork skills
