A private/charter Motor Yacht is recruiting an experienced Bosun to supervise deck operations and support the deck department in maintaining the yacht to a high operational and presentation standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise deckhands and coordinate daily deck operations
• Carry out deck maintenance, cleaning, and preservation
• Assist with mooring, anchoring, tender operations, and guest activities
• Maintain deck equipment, tools, and safety equipment
• Support onboard maintenance and exterior yacht presentation
• Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
Requirements
• Previous Bosun experience on Motor Yachts / Superyachts preferred
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Valid passport and appropriate US visa/work authorization where required
• Good English communication skills
• Strong practical deck skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent teamwork and safety awareness
