Job Description:
We are recruiting a Bosun to join a Charter Motor Yacht. The Bosun will lead the deck team in maintenance, operations, and guest services, ensuring the yacht’s exterior remains in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising deckhand team and exterior maintenance
• Managing tender and water sports operations
• Overseeing deck safety procedures and equipment
• Assisting with guest activities and excursions
• Supporting Captain and officers in deck operations
Requirements:
• STCW 95/2010 and ENG1
• B1/B2 and Schengen visas
• Yacht Master or equivalent certification preferred
• 3–5 years’ yachting experience, including leadership roles
• Strong exterior maintenance and tender driving skills
