Requirements:
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Must be able to perform both independently and as part of a team. Having a high level of individual initiative and be largely self-directed.
Experience with operating large davits/cranes.
Very Strong maintenance experience / knowledge with Teak, Varnish and Paint systems
Operational knowledge and experience as a bosun
Good verbal and written command of the English language
Salary: DOE
Package :2: 2 months rotation (1 day worked earns 0.93-day leave )
Other: 4-berth shared cabin
