Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Bosun to join a 55m Support Vessel that operates alongside a 50m private mothership. This is a unique opportunity to join an active, adventure-focused program with a family-oriented owner and a crew who enjoy an outdoors lifestyle.
For the past 18 months, the vessel has been cruising the West Coast of the USA and Central America, with a primary focus on diving, fishing, and surfing. The owner is very active and frequently involves the crew in these activities, offering an excellent balance between work and life onboard.
The Bosun will lead a deck team of 3–4 and must be confident in operating and maintaining multiple tenders, including 4–5 large tenders and a 20t crane. This is a tender- and watersport-heavy program.
Requirements
Yachtmaster Offshore – mandatory
Valid B1/B2 visa – mandatory
Ideally working toward OOW 3000
Previous Bosun experience preferred, but strong Lead Deckhand candidates ready to step up are welcome
Strong tender driving and tender maintenance skills
Detail-oriented and career-driven

Active, easygoing, and enjoys watersports
Male only (due to cabin arrangements)
Package
Salary: €4,500 per month
Rotation: 3:1
Accommodation: Shared male cabin
Schedule: Monday–Friday (when owner not onboard)
