Job Description
A 55m Private/Charter Motor Yacht is seeking an experienced Bosun to join the crew on a permanent basis. The vessel operates both private and charter programs. Open to male and female candidates. The ideal candidate will be confident in deck leadership, have strong tender-driving skills, and ideally hold a PADI license.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the deck team
Oversee exterior maintenance, washdowns, and detailing
Handle mooring, anchoring, and docking operations
Manage tender driving and water sports activities
Maintain deck equipment and safety gear
Assist during charter operations and guest activities
Ensure safe working practices at all times
Requirements
Yacht Master
PADI certification preferred
Charter experience is a strong advantage
Professional, positive attitude
Valid B1/B2 visa or US passport / legal US work authorization
Passport valid for at least 6 months
Fluent English
