Requirements: Bosun experience or Lead Deck on larger yachts
Good management skills - Leads by example
Deck maintenance skills
Large Tender driving experience
Well spoken, guest relations, enjoys water sports
Team player
Strong work ethic
STCW + Refresher
PBL2
ENG1 or USCG fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months) - no limitations
Passport - US or green card / US work permit
Covid vaccination +
