We are recruiting an experienced Chief Officer / 1st Mate to join a Motor Yacht. The position will support the Captain with navigation, deck operations, crew supervision, safety, and yacht maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Captain with safe yacht operations
Supervising deck crew and daily deck activities
Supporting navigation and passage planning
Overseeing safety and emergency procedures
Coordinating deck maintenance and operations
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Valid Officer of the Watch / Chief Officer certification as applicable
Previous experience as Chief Officer or 1st Mate on Motor Yachts
Strong deck and navigation skills
Good English communication skills
Leadership and organizational skills
Valid passport and yacht documentation
