We are currently seeking an experienced 1st Mate to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide. The successful candidate will assist the Captain with navigation, deck operations, safety management, crew supervision, and daily yacht operations while maintaining high standards of professionalism onboard.

Requirements:
Valid STCW certification
Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
Previous Motor Yacht experience preferred
Strong navigation and leadership skills
Fluent English communication
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work in multicultural crew environments
