Job Description:
Winch Yacht Recruitment is looking for a Head of Housekeeping for a Private & Charter Motor Yacht. The candidate will oversee housekeeping standards, ensuring interior areas are immaculate and maintained at luxury hospitality level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and training housekeeping team
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of all guest areas
• Overseeing laundry, wardrobe management, and linen care
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and housekeeping standards
• Assisting Chief Steward(ess) in guest service when required
Requirements:
• Previous yachting experience in interior roles
• STCW 95/2010 and ENG1
• B1/B2 and Schengen visas
• 3–5 years’ yacht or luxury hospitality experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
