Viking is seeking an experienced Assistant Chief Housekeeper to support the management of onboard housekeeping operations.
The successful candidate will assist in supervising housekeeping teams and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort.
Cruise experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with daily housekeeping management.
Supervise housekeeping staff and daily assignments.
Inspect cabins and public spaces.
Monitor cleaning and hygiene standards.
Assist with inventory and supply control.
Support staff training and performance.
Handle guest requests and service issues.
Ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of 4-star or 5-star hotel experience.
Previous cruise experience preferred.
Housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good English communication skills.
