A prestigious Motor Yacht is seeking an experienced Head of Service to lead food and beverage service operations and ensure exceptional hospitality standards for owners and guests.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise the service team
• Coordinate formal and informal dining service
• Maintain premium food and beverage service standards
• Manage service preparation for events and guest activities
• Train and support junior interior crew
• Ensure guest satisfaction and professional presentation
Requirements
• Proven Head of Service / senior service experience on luxury yachts
• Fine-dining or luxury hospitality experience
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Professional, discreet, and guest-focused attitude
