Job Description:
A leading international yacht recruitment company is seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join a prestigious fleet of Private & Charter Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing housekeeping operations, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensuring a luxury experience for owners and charter guests. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in high-end yacht hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Manage and supervise all housekeeping operations onboard
• Maintain guest cabins, interior areas, and public spaces to luxury standards
• Organize cleaning schedules, linen management, and housekeeping procedures
• Control housekeeping inventory, supplies, and amenities
• Train and support interior team members where required
• Ensure compliance with yacht hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
• Previous experience as Head of Housekeeping onboard Private or Charter Motor Yachts
• Strong knowledge of luxury yacht housekeeping standards
• Experience managing interior operations and housekeeping teams
• Valid STCW 2010 certification package
• Valid Passport
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer’s medical certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong teamwork, discretion, and guest service awareness
