MYS Superyacht Crew is currently seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping for a Motor Yacht or Expedition Vessel.
The successful candidate will supervise housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily housekeeping operations.
Coordinate cleaning schedules and cabin preparation.
Maintain guest areas, cabins, and crew accommodation.
Inspect housekeeping standards.
Manage linen, cleaning products, and housekeeping supplies.
Train and supervise housekeeping personnel.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety procedures.
Support guest service operations when required.
Requirements
Previous experience in a senior housekeeping position.
Yacht, superyacht, cruise, hotel, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good English communication skills.
Knowledge of professional cleaning and hygiene standards.
Professional and guest-oriented attitude.
