Job Description:
Lighthouse Careers is seeking an experienced Head of House to join a 100m+ Private Motor Yacht engaged in worldwide cruising. The role requires a professional with proven longevity and strong leadership abilities within large-yacht interior teams. The start date is end of October / early November.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Managing and training housekeeping and service teams
• Overseeing all interior guest service operations at the highest standards
• Coordinating with heads of department for seamless guest experience
• Administrative and scheduling duties for the interior team
• Ensuring impeccable presentation of all guest areas at all times
Requirements:
• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Minimum 2 years proven longevity in similar role
• Experience as Head of House or senior interior position (2+ years)
• Large yacht experience (70m+) is essential
• Strong administrative and computer skills
Employment Details:
• Contract: 2:2 rotation
• Salary: DOE – in the range of $5000
